Depending on how you use Bhandinchu, we may collect:

• Account details such as name, email address, and profile photo.
• Reviews, ratings, replies, favorites, reactions, and reports.
• Business owner information and ownership verification data.
• Technical and security information needed to operate the service.
• If a business owner connects Facebook, we may store Facebook Page identifiers and access tokens needed to publish approved content to that connected Page.

How We Use Information

• To create and secure accounts.
• To publish, display, and moderate reviews and business responses.
• To operate business dashboard features and review-sharing tools.
• To detect abuse, fraud, spam, and policy violations.
• To improve product performance and reliability.

Third-Party Services

Bhandinchu relies on third-party infrastructure and service providers to operate the platform, including authentication, database, storage, payments, and social platform integrations. These may include Firebase Authentication, Supabase, eSewa, and Meta services when a business owner chooses to connect a Facebook Page.

Facebook Page Sharing

If a business owner connects a Facebook Page, Bhandinchu uses the permissions granted by that owner only to support the requested Page workflow, such as listing eligible Pages, generating a preview card, and publishing approved review cards to the selected Page.

Data Retention and User Controls

We keep information only as long as necessary to operate the service, comply with legal obligations, and protect the platform. Users can remove their account and associated Bhandinchu data using the in-app Delete Account flow. Additional instructions are available here: Data Deletion Instructions.

Bhandinchu may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published at this URL.
